Our job management system includes everything from job initiation through to billing. Time and materials transactions are recorded on the job instantly in real-time! Job descriptions and narratives and pre-recorded templates flow through the system from job notes, quotes, estimates, orders to invoices, to minimise the need to re-type information. Job and work type (activity) budgets can be set and controlled. Marked up budgets can automatically generate estimates for clients. Orders, Estimates, Quotes are all produced as e-mail enabled PDF documents. Billing is an easy process from deciding what and how much, to printing the invoice.
