The ledgers inside the Accounting Job Management Module each have a detailed database to maintain supplier, client information including a contact database for addresses, contact names, contact numbers, email addresses and credit terms.
To ensure there is a complete audit trial from one job to the next the job management system has been designed to transfer information generated from the quotations, time recording and material recording only once during the project management and time recording stage, therefore the accounting department only has to check off the data and does not have to re-input the information for a second time.
